Tricity - Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot

Tricity (or Tri-City, also called Treble City, in Polish Trójmiasto) is an urban area consisting of three Polish cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. They are situated adjacent to one other, in a row, on the coast of the Gdańsk Bay, Baltic Sea, in Eastern Pomeranian (Pomeranian Voivodeship), northern Poland. The Tricity metropolitan area has a population of over 1 million people. Gdańsk is the city that Solidarity was born. During its Golden Age, Gdańsk was one of the most important and wealthiest of Hanseatic Citiescities in Europ.

  • The Norwegian National Sami Theatre Company is coming to Gdansk
    5.08.08. 7:00 PM. Beaivvás Sámi Theatre presents Nils Aslak Valkeapää’s "The Frost-haired and the Dream-seer" (St. John's Church, Gdańsk, ¦więtojańska Street 50). www.beaivvas.no The performance in Gdansk will be arranged in co-operation with the Baltic Sea Culture Centre, Gdansk. The arrangement is supported by the Norwegian ministry of foreign affairs
  • Terms regarding reimbursement of the conference fee in case of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the conference before July 13th, 70% of the fee will be returned to you. After July 13th there will be no refund.
